About CVEA
Born from initiative of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in 2008, the Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association so called CVEA has emerged as a pivotal force in shaping Cambodia's real estate landscape.
CVEA follows a structured leadership and governance framework to oversee its operations and ensure the effective representation of its members. The association conducts regular elections every two years to select its president and board of directors. This democratic process allows for the rotation of leadership and the infusion of fresh perspectives into the organization

I am deeply honored to serve as the President of Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA) for the term 2023-2024. Our association has made significant progress in advancing the real estate sector in Cambodia, and I am committed to building upon our achievements as we navigate the evolving landscape of our industry. In response to the challenges posed by the global COVID-19 pandemic, our focus remains on upholding professional standards, fostering a culture of excellence, and advocating for policies that support sustainable growth and transparency within the real estate sector.
During my tenure, I am dedicated to amplifying our collective voice, strengthening relationships with government institutions, and providing valuable educational opportunities for our members. It is my firm belief that by upholding the highest standards of professionalism and promoting a spirit of collaboration, we can contribute to the sustainable development of Cambodia's real estate industry.

Organization Chart Of Executive Management
Board of Directors comprising CEO of Private companies, Managing Directors and leaders of valuation professional institutes. We also appoint independent technical and law firm experts as advisors to spearhead the development of CVEA. Moreover, we work closely with Real Estate Business and Pawnshop
Regulator (RPR) under the Non-bank financial Services Authority of Cambodia so called FSA.
CVEA Structure
The President and Board of Directors play a crucial leadership role within the CVEA, setting the strategic direction, establishing policies, and representing the association in external engagements. Their collective experience and expertise guide the overall vision and mission of the organization, as well as its initiatives and advocacy efforts within the real estate and valuation industry.
Membership
With a membership of 136, CVEA represents a diverse and dynamic network of professionals within the Cambodian real estate sector. This membership comprises licensed property agencies, valuation companies, and property management companies, all licensed by the Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator.
There are two types of members
1. Regular Members:
Regular members play an integral role in shaping the real estate landscape in Cambodia and benefit from networking opportunities, industry insights, and the chance to contribute to the advancement of the sector.
2. Affiliate Members:
Affiliate Members open to both companies and individuals who wish to show their support for CVEA and the real estate industry in Cambodia. Affiliate members may include companies and professionals from related industries, as well as individuals who are passionate about promoting the development and growth of the real estate sector.
